With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances M. See of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Dallas City, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Tutwiler and Ina Tutwiler (Lind). She is survived by: her husband Jerry See; her children, Julie Whitby (Norman) of Chillicothe and Todd See (Karen) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Kristen Holub (Mark), Jacob Whitby (Kirsten) and Victoria See; and her great grandchildren, Nora, Benjamin Holub and Zaedyn Whitby.
Memorials in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
