He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Smith and Helen Yvonne "Vonnie" Smith (Davis); and his sister Tina Hogsett. He is survived by: his children, Michele, Paula and Matthew; his stepchildren, Nicole, Kaylee and Shannon; his siblings, Dan Smith (Shelly) and Tammy Stevens (Jody); and his aunt Betty. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
