With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cora Y. Atteberry of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Ray Hannah and Lula Hannah (Burroughs); and her husband Max Sankey Atteberry. She is survived by: her children, Linda Froggett (Steve) of Seattle, WA, Cheryl Johnson (Rick) of Chillicothe, IL and Brent Atteberry of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Steve Pruitt (Michele) of Sammamish, WA, Trevor Johnson (Diana) of Suffern, NY and Rachel Johnson Curry (Josh) of Henry, IL; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Emerson, Gwen, Vivienne, Alex and Elliotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mossville United Methodist Church or to the charity of the donor's choice.
