She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Raymond and Ruth Louise Vonk (Heitzman); and her siblings, Ernie, Alan Vonk, Gerry Tyler and Bonnie Vonk.
She is survived by: her son Jay Ward (Kasha Wade) of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Neil Vonk of Chillicothe, Nancy Kaelin of Chillicothe, Christina Grafelman (Tebben) of Hanna City and Lisa Bessler (Jeff) of Sparland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
