He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Georgetta Georgantas and Billy Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Toni and Jimmy; his siblings, Joshua and Sarah; his friend Max; his grandmother Claudia Johnson; and his pets, Beach and Ash. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Zach would encourage a random act of kindness for someone in need.
