He was predeceased by: his close friend Barbara Edwards; his parents, Thomas J. Fitzpatrick, Sr. and Mary Fitzpatrick; and his sisters, O. P. and Roberta Hamill (late Thomas).
He is survived by: his brother John Fitzpatrick (late Donna Burke). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, and 17 great nieces and nephews.
