She was predeceased by: her parents, Alejandro Sr. and Catalina; and her child Happy. She is survived by: her husband Manuel Sr.; her children, Manuel Jr. (Veronica) and Melanie (Nicholas); her grandchildren, Amanda, Jayden, Ashton and Ariella; and her siblings, Alejandro Jr. (Charity), Aida (Francisco), Reynaldo, Anamaria and Carlos (Gina).

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (6150 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Ladislaus Catholic Church (5345 W Roscoe St, Chicago, IL 60641). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
