She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Gutierrez and Isidora Gutierrez; her husband Baltazar; and her brother Jorge Gutierrez. She is survived by: her children, Baltazar Alvarez, Jr. (Kathlina), Jorge Alvarez (Julie) and Arely Estrada (Jose); her grandchildren, Alyssa, Mariah, Armando (Angie), David, Meilee and Adrian; her great grandchild Alice; and her sisters, Elsa Maldonado (Gabriel), Socorro Casanova (late Jack) and Emma Gutierrez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
