Susan Mary Blakley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Mary Blakley (Chicago, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2025 at the age of 68. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Susan leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Craig Blakley; her close friend Floyd Dooley; and her brother Eugene "Mugs" Seavers. She is survived by: her siblings, Sarah Collins, Mary Jo Lenckos (Conrad), Nancy Barham (Michael) and Richard Seavers (Cindy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beverly Ridge Funeral Home (10415 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60655). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
