She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L Bell, Sr. and Seresta Bell (Haggins); her close friend Beverly Childress; her siblings, Jeffrey and Barbara; her grandparents, Cornelious and Martha Haggins; and her great-grandparents, James and Sarah Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Willie J. Williams; her children, Lawaune of Chicago, Kristoffer, Sr. (Alicia) of Chicago and Duron, Sr. of Toledo; her siblings, Bishop Robert L. Bell, Jr. (Kathy) of Hayti, Leola Ladd-Harley of Indianapolis, Linda Ladd-Mathis of Olmsted and Vivian Ladd-Hatcher of Fort Worth, Texas; her aunts, Vernell Haggins of Indianapolis and Vivian Haggins of Rockford, Illinois; her sister-in-law Valerie Williams of Chicago, Illinois; and her close friends, Charlotte Johnson of Olmsted and Fern Edwards of Mounds. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
