She was predeceased by: her father Claudio Madrigal. She is survived by: her mother Amelia Madrigal Saldaña (Roberto); her siblings, Claudia Madrigal, Mario Madrigal and Violet Saldaña; and her nieces, Yelaina Madrigal and Ashley Madrigal. She is also survived by friends, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Ruby's name to the ASPCA.
