She is survived by: her spouse Joseph; her children, Darlene Kontek (John) and Denise D'Andrea; and her grandchildren, Lisa Blazevich (Chuck), Laura Tanny (David), John Kontek (Stephanie), Christy Gumbach (Chris) and Sandy Kurby (Phil).

The family requests that donations in Rose's memory be made to Rainbow Hospice.
