Rohinee Beri Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rohinee Beri of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rohinee Beri to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Vijay K. Beri; and her aunt Kiron Sikand. She is survived by: her children, Kai and Rohinee; her husband Cem Karsan; her child Isis; her sisters, Raagnee (Charles Brown) and Shivani (Pranay Kapadia); her nieces, Salma, Saleena and Zaeya; her nephew Zayn; her father Demir Karsan; her mother-in-law Gulgun Karsan; her sister-in-law Damla Karsan; and her pet Symba. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Rohinee's dedication to medicine was perhaps most visible during the Covid-19 pandemic, as she worked on the front lines tirelessly without hesitation or complaint.
