He was predeceased by: his wife Lynne M. Lindquist; and his parents, Mildred and Arthur. He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Ramona), Todd (Karyn) and Brian; and his grandchildren, Sean, Ethan, Paige and Bodin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schielka Addison Street Funeral Home (7710 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
