He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean; his children, Tracie Johnson (Lisa) of Nick, CFD, Christopher and Daniel Smith; his grandchildren, Jordan, Alyssa, Emily, Natalie, Daniel Jr. and Avyana; and his siblings, Tom, Robert, Teri Voller (Greg) and Steven Smith (Sheri).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beverly Ridge Funeral Home (10415 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60655). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Christina Church (11100 S Christiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60655).
