He is survived by: his wife Norina Amboy Fajardo; his daughter Mary Grace Amboy Fajardo; and his sister Miraflor Fajardo Battista.
Viewing was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith Corcoran Funeral Home (6150 N Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Padre Pio Church (5601 N California Ave, Chicago, IL 60659).
