He was predeceased by: his father Carl Mangrum; and his son Carl Mangrum Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Dallas Mangrum (Osborne); his daughters, Kimberly Mangrum and Tracy Mangrum; and his siblings, Gregory Mangrum, Lynette Zemek, Cheryl Pontanini, Lisa Zuidema, Carl Mangrum Jr. and Michael Mangrum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
