He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry Bell and Karen Bell; his wife Katie Bell; his children, Lucy and Jake Bell; his siblings, Brian Bell and Colleen Humphrey (Adam); his grandparents, Betty Noonan (late Glynn), John and Marian Bell; his parents-in-law, Chester and Carol Kukielka; his sisters-in-law, Vickie, Kristie (Kevin) and Carrie; and his nieces and nephews, Christian, Juliet, Sarah, Jack, Joey, Ryan, Kevin, Willian, Teddy, Olivia and Isabelle.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family to be used at their discretion.
