With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Mae Brzozowski of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 24, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Patricia Mae had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Patricia Mae may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her brothers, Paul (late Sarah), Felix (Angela) and Donald Brzozowski (late Virginia); and her nieces and nephews, Michelle, Libby, Tracy, Karen, Don, Eddie and Michael.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richard-Midway Funeral Home (5749 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
