In loving memory of Patricia Fuentes of Chicago, Illinois, who departed this world on February 23, 2025 at the age of 63. Patricia leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bray and Patricia Glorioso; her son Corey; and her grandson Jimmy. She is survived by: her husband Fernando; her daughters, Vanessa Joe, Lisa and Katherine; her grandchildren, Jayla, Angela, Olivia, Autumn and Elijah; and her siblings, Alicia, Jimmy, Ruth, Scooter, Joseph and Scott.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cooney Funeral Home (625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068).
