He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Chad Blustein and Darcy Lindblom (Eric); his grandchildren, Axel and Jonah; his sibling Sandy Holtzman (Phil); his nephews, Eric Holtzman (Nicole) and Craig Holtzman; his mother-in-law Eleanor Kravitz; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Kravitz and Nicky.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Northwestern Medicine Organ Transplant Center.
