A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A shiva will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shiva Chavez Family Home (17255 W Dartmoor Dr, Grayslake, IL 60030).
