He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Barabasz and Harriet Barabasz; and his sister Marcia Carroll. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Latronica (Gary) and Joanne Barabasz; his children, Jessica Purtell (Brian), Michael Jr. Barabasz (Melissa) and Timothy Barabasz; and his nieces and nephews, Claire Latronica, Nick Latronica (Sara) and Tony Latronica (Lesley). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Christina (3342 W 111th St, Chicago, IL 60655).
