She is survived by: her children, Joann Hendle (Lane), Michael Scanlon (Kathleen) and Eileen Mahler (Billy); her grandchildren, Kyle (Jacy), Kaileen (Jack), Ryan (Courtney), Kevin, Aaron, Brayden, Payton, Connor and Jaxx; her pet Chipper; and her siblings, Patrick O'Callaghan (Eileen) and Eileen O'Callaghan D. C..
In lieu of flowers, donations to either American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be an honorable tribute to Ann.
