She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Hefter; and her brother Philly (Buddy). She is survived by: her children, Steve Hefter (Janice), Janice Blum (David), Richard Hefter (Tracey), Mimi (Lauren) of Justin, Shira Hefter, Stuart (Jeanne), Derek Blum, Kayla, Sam and Sophie Hefter; and her great grandchildren, Stella, Scarlet Blum and Michael Hefter.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
