Marilyn F. Chaps Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 70, Marilyn F. Chaps (Chicago, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Marilyn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Marilyn's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Albert "Boo'Chaps; her daughters, Elizabeth "Lizzie" Green (Ryan) and Julie Chaps; and her brothers, Richard Fiore, Robert (Donna) and Ralph Fiore (late Diane).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donnellan Funeral Home & Cremation (10525 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60643). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Barnabas Church (10134 S Longwood Dr, Chicago, IL 60643). A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery.
