She is survived by: her daughter Yolanda Joiner; her grandsons, Michael, Kenneth, James and Justin Joiner (Eula); her sister-in-law Dorothy Roberson; her nephews, Kevin Mark (Kim) and Paul Massie; her close friends, Valerie Taylor of Chicago, Illinois and Mother Mildred Howlett of Chicago, Illinois; her niece Susan Porter; and her nephew Stanley McAlphin (Nina). She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Temple Church of God in Christ (604 N Marion St, Carbondale, IL 62901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
