He was predeceased by: his wife Marta Pineda; and his parents, Alfredo Pineda and Virginia Pineda. He is survived by: his children, Otilia, Marco Jr. and Edgar.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home (6901 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634). Viewing was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cemetery Chapel.
