She was predeceased by: her daughter Maria; her parent Candelaria Balcazar; and her siblings, Lillian Balcazar and Joseph Balcazar. She is survived by: her children, Lois (Freddie), Linda (Shirley) and Luis Jr. (Dagmar).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wolniak Funeral Home (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A prayer was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (813 W Roosevelt Rd, Chicago, IL 60608). A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at the St. Mary Cemetery.
