It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Ann Blumenthal of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter and Geraldine; her brothers, Barry and Brad Blumenthal (Michelle Heyland); and her nieces and nephews, Samantha, Whitney, Corey Blumenthal and Ellie Moreau (Dustin).

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory to the Jewish Institute for the Blind (http://www.jewishblind.org) would be greatly appreciated.
