With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Creedon McCarthy (Chicago, Illinois), born in Arlington Heights, Illinois, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepfather Alexander Patrick "Sandy" Neill. He is survived by: his close friend Jon Eric Elenius; his mother Judith Darlene Neill; his sibling Kyle Daniel McCarthy (Wendy Lynn Domanski); and his close friends, Fremont Wilton III and Rottweiler.
