He is survived by: his wife Gayle Johnson; his sons, Andrew Johnson and Christopher Johnson (Jody) of Painesdale; his grandchildren, Dane Adam Johnson and His; and his brother Phillip Johnson. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
