She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Phelan and Catherine Mahoney Phelan; and her brothers, Thomas Phelan and James Phelan (Rita). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Richard Phelan (Susan), Mike Phelan (Lynda), Janice Barengo (Dennis) and Joan Hopkins (Blaine).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Eugene Church (7958 W Foster Ave, Chicago, IL 60656). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1440 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
