She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael Scott; her children, Ireta Kuras (Mike), Michael Petrusha (Mary) and Kate Scott; her grandchildren, Jack, Hannah Petrusha, Corinne and George Kuras; her pet Pooper; and her friend Claire Farrell.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (16600 Oak Park Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
