With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jozef Wojtach of Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his spouse Bożena; and his siblings, Jadwiga Wardach and Antoni Wojtach.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A procession will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Hyacinth Basilica (3636 W Wolfram St, Chicago, IL 60618). An entombment will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
