She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Oscar Tellez; her children, Gina Campos (Ralph) and Kenneth O. Tellez; her grandsons, Michael Velazquez and Victor Velazquez; her great grandchildren, Delilah, Jettus and Erah; and her sisters, Patricia Roush (late Ronald) and Loretta Byrne (Dennis).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the Wolniak Funeral Home (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Turibius Church (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 S Archer Rd, Bedford Park, IL 60458).
