He is survived by: his grandchildren, Rachel Price, Abigail, Riley and Caleb Johnson; his wife Janet; his daughter Erin Price (Stefan); his grandson Elijah; his great grandchild Alyson Johnson (Brad); his brother Curtis Brubaker (Debbie); his nieces and nephews, Curtis Jr., Christie and Stephanie; and also, Abigail, Elijah, Riley and Caleb.
