He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leptich and Theresa Leptich; and his son John Leptich. He is survived by: his wife Pauline H. Leptich; his son David Leptich (Valerie); his grandchildren, Dean Leptich (Erika), Everett Leptich and Danielle Lindahl (Michael Behrendt); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Ryan Leptich, Austin, Cameron and Emily Lindahl-Behrendt; and his brother Joseph Leptich.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Muzyka & Son Funeral Home (5776 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60630). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Constance Catholic Church (5843 W Strong St, Chicago, IL 60630).
