She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Van Note Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Debra (Thomas), Pamela (Richard), Jerry Jr. and Betty (Jeffrey). She is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
