She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Price and Beryl Price (West); her husband Edward Kuzanek; her son Dennis Kuzanek; and her sister June Groeneveld.
She is survived by: her sons, David Kuzanek (Pamela), Dwight Kuzanek (Sheryl) and Douglas Kuzanek (Nova). She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; and 16 Great-Grandchildren.
