He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walker, Sr. and Racheal Walker; and his sister Shirley Henderson of Fairfax, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Hattie Walker; his son James Walker, III (Beth) of Kernersville, NC.; his stepchildren, Gregory Bell (Latoya) of Chesapeake, VA. and LaTonya Flores (Jessie) of Waukegan, IL.; his sister Marlene Brown of Carrollton, TX.; his nieces, Tammora Thomas of Carrollton, TX. and Lisa Vernon of Dallas, TX.; and his grandchildren, Nyla Wooten, Kalani Nathan, Braylon Walker, A. Khumo Walker and Adriel Walker.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bradshaw & Range Funeral Home (2513 W Dugdale Rd, Waukegan, IL 60085). A wake was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church (410 Wykes St, Aliquippa, PA 15001). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
