We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2024, at the age of 91, James Taylor in Chicago, Illinois, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Taylor to pay them a last tribute.
As James departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved James. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Spencer Taylor and Mildred Keogh Taylor; his wife Carolyn; and his sisters, Mary-Louise and Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Dykstra, Mike Taylor (Leslie), Alysoun Taylor-Hall (Adam), Paul Taylor (Lauren) and Helen Taylor-Yazdanpanah (Gholam). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and their partners.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (417 Benson Rd, Tooele, UT 84074). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
