With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James P. Delaney (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick (Kimellen); his pet Tucker; and his mother-in-law Frances Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Gerlyn Delaney; his sisters, Karen Querfurth (Michael) and Colleen Newcomb (George); his uncles, Bob Delaney (Aunt Dee) and Mike Trotter (Aunt Carol); and his brothers, Steven (Terri), Edward (Laura), Michael (Cathy) and Tim (Carrie). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donation to be made to Norwood Life Care Foundation, 6016 North Nina Avenue, Chicago, IL 60631, in James P. Delaney memory.
