Jakob Anthony Mayo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jakob Anthony Mayo of Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2024 at the age of 33. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty and Ralph Mayo; his uncle Dennis Mayo; and his aunt Diane Mayo. He is survived by: his father Timothy Mayo; his significant other Krissy Cox; his mother Krista Hileman (Jim); his siblings, Kyndall Storrs (Matthew) and Colton Hileman; his grandparents, Donna and Gayland DelSasso; his nephew Landon; his nieces, Eliza Storrs and Kathryn Elizabeth Johnson; and his child Ellie Marie Mayo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel - New Lenox (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel (102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451).
