He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Pauline Gill (Cook); his wife Hazel E. Smith; his sons, Keith A. Smith and Darryl A. Smith; and his sister Wanda Perkins (Elbert).
He is survived by: his daughters, Renea Smith and Natalie Smith; his grandchildren, Darryl, Calyssa, Deonte, Elaine and Cayla; his great grandchildren, Darryl III and Zuri; and his sister Audrey Shannon (Louis). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; as well as many cherished extended family & friends.
