He is survived by: his spouse Izayana; his children, Danitza and Delani; his parents, Evelyn and Carmelo; his siblings, Destiny, Carmelo Jr. and Ariel; and his pet ButterBall.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Elms Funeral Home (7600 W Grand Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
