It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Witkowski of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Irene is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Irene's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Witkowski and Caroline Witkowski; and her brothers, Walter (Sophie), Edward and Frank Witkowski.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Paul of the Cross Church (320 S Washington Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:45 PM at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
