She was predeceased by: her spouse Mieczysław Sadko; and her sons, Józef and Sławomir Sadko. She is survived by: her children, Wiesław Sadko (Stanisława), Ryszard Sadko (Bożena), Marek Sadko (Urszula), Antoni Sadko (Marta), Bożena Karpiński (Zbigniew) and Aneta Kuczewski (Tomasz); her grandchildren, Wojtek Sadko (Katarzyna), Sylwia Węgiel (Piotr), Ania Sadko, Dominika Sadko, Agnieszka Kozyra (Marcin), Sebastian Sadko (Aleksandra), Paulina Jawor (Łukasz), Angelica Krupnik (Jason), Dominik Sadko, Christian Karpinski, Jacqueline Streicher (John), Piotrek Sadko (Patrycia), Erik Karpinski, Adam Sadko, Jessica Kuczewski, Julia Sadko and John Sadko; and her great grandchildren, Wiktoria, Patryk, Karolina, Magdalena, Izabela, Kacper, Maksymilian, Julian, Oliwia, Zosia, Antoni, Oliver, Nikodem, Luca, Avi and Malevi.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
