Theodosakis of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2024 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew and Evanthia; her sisters, Bessie (Foster) of Arthur's Candy and Francis (John); her siblings-in-law, Helen Grom (Howard), Julia (Peter), Alice (Bud), Mary (John), Harry and George (Alice); and her grandfather Chris (Almanac).

She is survived by: her godfather George Peridis; her husband John C. Theodosakis; her children, John (Audrey), Jeffrey (Pam), James (Tanya) of Jason, MD, Elizabeth (Scott Betzelos, MD) and Chicagoland; her friend Georgia Barris; her grandchildren, Paris, Pearl, Alexandra, John, Antonia, Olivia, Max and Eva; and her godchildren, Paul Cutsuvitits, Sam Poulos, George Pappas, Ann Gianaras Coon and Marianne Kretekos. She is also survived by many nieces/nephews, cousins.
