He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Chaet; his children, Julieann and Burton Chaet (Cathy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Parker Wexler, Natalie, Hannah, Nathan Chaet, Charlie, Jacob, Kya, Jozi and Mazi; his siblings, Louis Chaet, Sarah Kramer, Anne Ehrlich and Isadore Chaet; and his family Dayenu.
